However, if you are seeking support for a diagnosed medical condition—such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)—it is always recommended, and best practice, to ensure your symptoms have been officially checked by a medical professional first to rule out other underlying causes.
Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A: Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer that clinic space to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee or £50 minimum payment.
Q: How do I pay for my sessions, and what payment methods do you accept?
A: Payment can be made easily and securely via bank transfer (BACS) prior to your session, or via a secure payment link using your debit/credit card. There are also options to spread payments that are in excess of £100 via a secure Stripe payment link.
